Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a complete novice, we have a varied choice of rallies for you to choose from; all share these common benefits: Easy to book Simply go to the rally list page on this website, select a Rally of interest, and follow the link to the details. If you would like to join us, simply click on the ‘Book’ link, complete a few basic details and tick the ‘accept’ box. Your booking will be sent to the appropriate Rally Officer, and you will receive an automated acknowledgement. The Rally Officer will contact you directly within a few days. You will also find their telephone numbers in the rally book or on this website. Inexpensive Many of our rallies are less than £25 for 2 nights, making them exceptionally good value for money. Relaxing No need to vacate the rally field by 10:00am or even mid-day, many of our rallies do not close until 2pm or 4pm on a Sunday afternoon, allowing you plenty of time to relax with friends or explore the area. Friendly You will find our rallies excellent for making new friends and for meeting up with old friends, the rally officers are enthusiastic volunteers who share a passion for caravanning and making sure that the rallies run smoothly for everyone’s enjoyment. Privacy Notice The Caravan and Motorhome Privacy policy for Centres can be read here WELCOME TO NEW RALLIERS Congratulations on joining the Caravan & Motorhome Club and choosing to register with the East Warwickshire Centre. Now you have your Rallier's Handbook please take a little time to read the regulations under which the Centre operates, (towards the back of this book). Now decide which rally you would like to attend, once decided fill in a Rally Slip found on the website, or from a Committee member, and post it to the rally officer whose name is in the book. Or you may prefer to use online booking. Just search the list of rallies on the web and click on on-line booking. If you have any questions telephone the rally officer. He will answer all your questions about the rally. On the opening day of the rally follow the directions in the rally book to the venue, when you get close to the venue look for the EWCC rally signs, they are fluorescent pink in colour and have a direction arrow on them and EWCC lettering. When you arrive on the field the first van you see will be the rally officers which will be clearly marked. Here you will pay your rally fees and receive your programme for the weekend. The rally officer or his assistant will then show you to your peg and advise you how to site your van. Please remember you are not forced to join in any of the activities over the weekend. You decide what you want to do. At the end of the rally there will be ‘FLAG’ please attend, this is where we thank the Landowner for allowing us the use of his land and the rally officers for all their hard work over the weekend. Also, the members will be told about future events. As a club we are able to get group bookings at various sites, shows and festivals at a much reduced rate for all members. So come along, a warm East Warwickshire welcome awaits you and your family. USEFUL ITEMS TO REMEMBER. 1. A torch especially for arriving in the dark. 2. Blocks and wedges, some sites are on a slope and you will need to level the outfit. 3. A water container and filler pipe for your drinking water. 4. A container (a large empty pop bottle is ideal) to rinse out your toilet away from the drinking water tap. 5. A bag to take your dry waste home. If you have any trouble there is always someone willing to help you so don’t worry. Ralliers are very friendly people, they will always make you feel welcome. REMEMBER - A RALLY IS WHATEVER YOU WANT IT TO BE. |

IMPORTANT UPDATE Dear Members
As you have already been made aware the East Warwickshire Centre held a Special General Meeting on Saturday 21st October 2023 at Monks Barn Farm, Stratford, to advise of the current position. Currently the Centre will go into hibernation on 21st January 2024 unless we can either merge with another Centre or a full Committee can be nominated. If you feel you can volunteer your time then please get in touch with myself via email secretary@eastwarwickshirecentre.co.uk or any other committee member. We have been at this stage before back in 2018, so if you want the East Warwickshire Centre to continue please support your club. The club has been going for many years now, many memories and friends have been made along the way. It will be a very sad day if this was to end !
To be able to continue, Nominations for Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer are required from the Centre Members as a minimum to satisfy the requirements of the CAMC Rules Governing Centres. Clearly additional members will also be required for a Committee to be able to function correctly.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the East Warwickshire Centre of the Caravan & Motorhome Club will be held at Bretford Village Hall on Sunday 21st January 2024 at 11am prompt.
If you cannot attend this meeting at Bretford Village Hall, we will run a Zoom Meeting, which will enable you to observe what is happening, remotely. To be able to use this feature you will need a meeting ID and a passcode to use with your Zoom App. This will be available on request from webmaster@eastwarwickshirecentre.co.uk.
