The
National Trust Estate Office have supplied the following information
regarding our stay at Clumber Park over Easter.
Parents must ensure that children do not trespass or cause damage to the
event site or surrounding property, and to ensure that they do not
become a nuisance to other visitors and residents.
The
entrance road to the rally site can be very busy over the weekends, with
walkers and cyclists, could all members please observe the speed
restrictions at all times. We operate a strict curfew of 11pm, the site
is close to several residences, and we would therefore appreciate your
co-operation in keeping the noise levels to a minimum.
I
have enclosed a map of Clumber Park
{Click Here}, showing the entry route to the site for your
information. Attendees will turn off Limetree Avenue opposite the
Caravan Club Site and follow the one way system until they reach the
event field access road. The main body of the property is protected by
automatically locking gates (7pm - 7am), you will be able to access the
Hardwick Crossroads gate with a barrier code to be supplied to ralliers.
Please could members attending the rally have their membership cards
handy when accessing at the property. Admissions staff will be aware of
your rally and that there will be caravanners arriving throughout the
weekend. For a smoother access / egress from the park please could
attendees show their membership cards to admissions staff.
